“ People love Sciortino's as it's always busy. It's really old school inside and great for families. The pizza is thin without being too thin, crispy, and has a delicious char throughout it. The sauce is slightly sweet. I ordered a pizza with half mushrooms, onions, & peppers and half with extra cheese. It was so delicious! The mushrooms, onions, and peppers made the pizza so tasty! The side with extra cheese was nice and cheesy! You can tell they use a good quality cheese. I had the peanut butter pie for dessert which was very good! I recommend Sciortino's in South Amboy! ”

This is no accident; Sciortino's uses Stanislaus Tomatoes which are some of the highest quality tomatoes for pizza sauce grown in the USA. The pizza also featured a perfectly charred, thin crust and a delicate dusting of parmesan that really sealed the deal for me. I really loved Sciortino's Harbor Lights and would absolutely recommend them to anyone in search of a delicious, thin-crust pie. ”
